The food is very good. The boba tea and smoothies are great. I've had the mango "smoothie" a few times and it's really good and refreshing.

Since my usual spot is closed on Tuesday's I traveled another 2 blocks to give Pho Bang another try. I got a Large Pho (Rare Steak and Brisket) and it was loaded with meat. The flavor was about the same as the last time i was here and service was much better. I keep hearing how good they are by Vietnamese friends of mine and they love it. To me it's just ok and if I'm passing by and my usual spot is closed then as I did today I'll stop by if I'm in the mood for Pho. There's not a lot of options in this particular area of the city for Vietnamese food and the competition is really between these guys and my usual place. It just goes to show you how different some people's tastes can be on a Restaurant. Good luck.

The pho here is pretty good, and there are many options on the menu. If you just want a quick meal, this is an efficient stop. The service, however, is icy, and I've gotten the distinct feeling that the people who work here feel like they are too important to be serving other people food. I went once with my friend Phoebe, and without me making any comments, she relayed the same impression to me. They also have odd closing times, and if you come 30 minutes before closing, they will tell you they are "out" of most of the food.

discovered this one by accident, and very impressed. the pho was stellar / and we doctored it up even hotter than you brought it out. I had lemongrass chicken, and we had egg rolls, crispy and glass. the crispy chicken ones were over the top.
we ordered two more orders of that. hubby had vemicelli noodles which were good, but mild compared to the pho.
see you next time. -

The food here is excellent and I've gone here for years to eat it, but they've recently had a new waitress working (I'm pretty sure she's related to the family) and she has turned me off from the experience completely.
Her service is horrible! She'll get to you once when you get there and never check on you again or it feels as if you're really burdening her to do her job. We were literally the only table in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes to get our food out. Vietnamese restaurants are generally known for their swift and competent service but sadly, this one has gone downhill.
Hopefully the current waitress will be replaced and I will feel comfortable spending money there again.
